Hand luggage

As carry-on baggage, a suitcase whose dimensions do not exceed 55x35x25 and whose total weight does not exceed 10 kg is allowed. Any excess to this weight may be restricted and must be authorized by the company's ground staff. The hand luggage cannot go in the cabin with the passenger, so it will be removed by HÉLITY staff and stored in the helicopter's hold. Once at destination, you will be returned to the descent of the helicopter. There will be no charge for hand luggage, as long as it meets the prescribed requirements In addition, the passenger may only carry in the cabin a lady's bag or similar for gentlemen, document holder or briefcase of small dimensions. The rest of the objects and belongings will be removed by the HÉLITY staff and deposited in helicopter´s hold. Passengers are informed of the need to comply with the current law on safety in the transport of unauthorized dangerous goods in the passenger cabin (Regulation (EC) 1546/2006) and you can ask any questions to our handling staff.
