Please note that for safety, all hand luggage will be taken away by the crew at the foot of the ladder and delivered by hand upon arrival at destination. Make sure that the computer or computer equipment is completely turned off before passing the security check and the installed battery.

Checked Baggage
It is informed that each passenger can carry a maximum of 15 Kg, including hand luggage (see measures in General Transport Conditions). If the passenger wants to carry 20 kg, he must notify 24 hours in advance, otherwise it will depend on the availability of the wineries and can be rejected if there is no availability. The additional weight will be charged at a rate of 7 euros per Kg.

Restarting activity
Hélity reports that since June 16 it has resumed its activity of regular flights with Malaga and Algeciras. For everyone's health security, collaborate with Company personnel to comply with our contingency plan.
Although the helicopter's ventilation system injects more than 10m3 per minute for a total cabin volume of 8m3, do not remove the mask provided by the Company until you leave the destination airport facilities.
Likewise, to obtain the boarding pass in digital format, you must fill out a short health questionnaire recommended by EASA and authorize us to measure your body temperature remotely, before proceeding to board.

Things you should know
The size of the helicopter cabin is 8m3 and the air flow from the outside to the inside of the cabin is 614m3/hour, which is 10,23m3/minute. In other words, in less than a minute, the cabin air has been completely renewed by fresh air from the outside, thanks to our total renewal system.
We have strengthened our hygiene system by disinfecting more frequently and by implementing the use of disinfection products against COVID-19 on contact surfaces.
